Packages

Initial Consultation

All packages require a one-time initial consultation. At this Initial Consultation, information will be gathered regarding student’s academics, extra-curricular activities, accolades, test scores, and college goals. Consultant will review available services that would best fit the student’s needs. There is a one-time non-refundable fee to be paid at the time of this meeting. This fee will be fully credited toward the purchase of a Limited or Comprehensive package.

Four Hour Package

Includes four hours of consultation to discuss college-bound issues in the following format:

• Four hours of client initiated scheduled contact time by phone (30 minute minimum)
• Sessions must be scheduled and completed during the student’s current academic school year
• Package may be renewed for additional hours
• Unused time is non-refundable

Eight Hour Limited Consulting Package

Includes eight hours of time to guide the parent and student through any issue regarding the college preparation, selection and/or admissions process. This time may include:

• Six hours of client initiated contact time by phone or email
• Approximately 2 hours of research/preparation time by Consultant
• Sessions must be scheduled and completed during the student’s current academic school year
• Access to Personalized Online Student Portal
• Package may be renewed for additional hours
• Unused time is non-refundable

Jr. Comprehensive Package

This package is for students that are seeking personalized, comprehensive assistance in a structured format. It includes 16 hours of time to guide the parent and student through all aspects of the college preparation, selection and admissions process. This time may include:

• Standard consultant scheduled meetings by phone which may include: testing & test prep plan, quarterly or trimester progress review, course selection plan, college selection plan, and/or application plan.
• Approximately 4 hours of research/preparation time by Consultant
• Access to Personalized Online Student Portal
• The remaining time can be scheduled or initiated by parent or student in the form of phone calls or email regarding any questions, concerns, or need for assistance.

The Comprehensive Package may begin anytime in the student’s Junior Year. The contract completes at the end of 16 hours or the academic school year, whichever comes first. Additional time may be purchased in increments of two hours. A discount will be offered for the renewal of a complete Comprehensive Package during the senior year.

Sr. Comprehensive Package

This package is for students that are seeking personalized, comprehensive assistance in a structured format. It includes 20 hours of time to guide the parent and student through all aspects of the college selection and admissions process. This time may include:

• Standard consultant scheduled meetings by phone which may include: testing & test prep plan, quarterly or trimester progress review, course selection plan, college selection plan, and/or application plan.
• Approximately 5 hours of research/preparation time by Consultant
• Access to personalized Online Portal
• The remaining time can be scheduled or initiated by parent or student in the form of phone calls or email regarding any questions, concerns, or need for assistance. This time may also include review of applications, editing of essays, or interview preparation.

The Comprehensive Package must begin no later than September 1 of the student’s Senior Year. The contract completes at the end of 20 hours or the academic school year, whichever comes first. Additional time may be purchased in increments of two hours. A discount will be offered for those students that completed a Comprehensive Package their junior year.

Other Services

Transfer Students

Current college students that need assistance with transferring from one institution to another may contract  for services at an hourly rate after a one-time initial consultation.

Initial Assesment

A one-time assessment to evaluate a student’s transcript, activities, and test scores. Session includes:

• One Page report detailing strengths and weakness of academics, activities, test scores.
• One-time in office meeting of 60 minutes to discuss results
• Where appropriate, recommendations regarding school choice and career interests

The Initial Assessment relies on documentation and information provided by client in order to complete a thorough analysis of the student. All pertinent information must be received by Consultant at least five business days before the scheduled meeting. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the fee is due with the documentation. The remaining balance is due at the time of the meeting.

College Advising

This service is only available to past junior and senior clients. Students may obtain assistance with all aspects of matriculating to college through their fresman year, including obtaining assistance with course selection and scheduling of classes.
